Refund & Return Policy

At Gmade Couture, each piece is carefully inspected to meet our standards of quality and elegance. We want you to feel confident and elevated in every purchase.



Return & Exchange Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges for store credit only.

  • Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • All original tags must be attached

  • Items must be free of stains, odors, makeup, deodorant marks, or damage

To maintain hygiene and quality standards, any item that shows signs of wear will not be accepted.

All returns must be received and approved after inspection before store credit is issued.

Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to return your item.

Please note: Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.

 Return Window

After your return is approved, you must ship your item within 3 days. Once your order is received and inspected, your store credit will be issued within 3–5 business days.

A $10 handling fee will be deducted from your store credit

We do not offer refunds to the original payment method.

 Damages or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item is damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours at:

We’ll review and make it right.

Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Clearance items

  • Custom or made-to-order pieces

  • Pop-up shop purchases

  • International orders

 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

To secure your preferred size or style, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item for store credit.

Incorrect Address Policy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

If you need to make changes, contact us within 24 hours.

Once shipped, we are not responsible for:

  • Lost packages

  • Delays

  • Returned packages due to incorrect address

If your order is returned to us, store credit will be issued minus shipping costs.


Missing or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows Delivered, but you haven’t received your package:

  • Contact the shipping carrier (UPS/USPS) to file a claim

  • Send us the claim number

We cannot proceed without a claim being filed.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can only be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

After that, all orders are final.
