The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Web site as well as all transactions conducted through our Facebook, Instagram and whats-app page .
Shipping & Delivery
GMADE COUTURE ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands.
Additionally, GMADE COUTURE ships merchandise to Canada and to all of Europe.
At this time, we do not ship to AFRICA, ASIA AND THE MIDDLE EAST.
International shipping to Europe takes 7- 10 plus business days. Canada: 7 to 10 business days
Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.
Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products.
GMADE COUTURE is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.
RETURN POLICY
We make every attempt to give a 100% description of all merchandise, and we also make sure that the merchandise you ordered is what you will receive. This is because we do not accept returns. We will gladly exchange the item if the mistake is ours.
We will also do an exchange if we are contacted immediately upon receipt of delivery which we track on a daily basis. We will not be able to honor an exchange past 48 hours.
Our Exchange policy is based on our customer satisfaction. We make every attempt to give a 100% description of all merchandise, and we also make sure that the merchandise you ordered is what you will receive.
For international returns, Buyer will be responsible for shipping of exchange item.
Custom made fabrics: if any item is altered by the request of the customer, it cant be exchanged or returned. Custom orders can take anywhere from two weeks to two months depending on the product or duration time .
