GMADE Couture – Return & Refund Policy
At GMADE Couture, we put care into every item we create and ship.
If something doesn’t work for you, here’s how our return process works — simple, transparent, and fair.
Can I Return My Item?
Yes, as long as it meets the conditions below.
All approved returns are issued as store credit in the form of a GMADE Couture e-gift card.
Your item must:
- Be requested within 15 days of delivery
- Be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in the same condition it arrived
- Include all original tags
- Be free of stains, odors, deodorant, makeup, or any signs of wear
Items that arrive in less-than-perfect condition will not qualify for credit.
Do You Offer Exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges.
If you prefer another size or color, please return the item for store credit and place a new order.
How to Start a Return
Reach out within 15 days of receiving your order:

If your return request is approved, we’ll send:
- A return shipping label
- Instructions on how and where to send your package
Unauthorized packages will not be accepted.
Note: The return label cost will be deducted from your store credit.
Once we receive your package and confirm the item’s condition, we will issue store credit within 3–5 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately.
Email gmadesmiles@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
We’ll review and resolve it promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
These items cannot be returned:
- Items marked Final Sale
- Shapewear
- Gifted items, PR items, or promotional pieces
- Purchases from pop-ups
- Clearance Collection items
- International orders (all sales final)
Incorrect Address Policy
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout.
If you need to correct it, email gmadesmiles@gmail.com within 24 hours.
Once an order has shipped, GMADE Couture cannot be held responsible for delays, losses, or returned packages resulting from an incorrect address.
If the package returns to us, store credit (excluding shipping) will be issued.
Missing, Lost, or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package:
- Contact USPS or UPS immediately to file a claim for a missing package.
- After the claim is opened, email us your claim number at gmadesmiles@gmail.com.
We can only assist once a claim has been filed with the carrier.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to update or cancel an order, email gmadesmiles@gmail.com within 24 hours of purchase.
Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled.
